This policy covers the personal information Ultro Labs collects through this website (ultrolab.com) and through ordinary business contact — emails, calls, and forms you submit to reach us.

It does not cover the video, audio, screen, sensor, or log data captured on a client's premises as part of a dataset engagement. That capture involves a client's own employees and operations, and is governed instead by the data collection protocol, consent process, and data processing agreement signed with that specific client before any recording begins. If you were recorded as part of one of our engagements, the company that engaged us can tell you which agreement applies, and you can also write to us directly at the address below.

Ultro Labs designs and runs data collection experiments inside companies, producing multimodal datasets and the evaluations that ship with them. For the purposes of this policy, Ultro Labs is the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at hello@ultrolab.com.

We keep collection on this website to what we need to answer you and run the business:

• Contact details you give us — name, work email, company, role, and anything you write in the contact form, including the modalities, fields, geography, timeline, budget, and example data you describe.
• Correspondence — the content of emails or calls you send us, kept to respond and to keep a record of the engagement.
• Usage data — pages viewed, referring page, device and browser type, and approximate location inferred from IP address, collected automatically when you visit the site.
• Cookies and similar technology — limited to what is needed to remember basic preferences (such as a light or dark theme) and to understand aggregate site usage. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To respond to a contact form submission or a direct message, and to scope, propose, and run an engagement.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
